Our Guarantee

We stand behind every product we publish. If you purchase any Family Advocate Press guide and don't find it genuinely useful, we will refund your full purchase price — no questions asked.

This guarantee exists because we believe the guide should earn its price, not just collect it. If it didn't help your family, you shouldn't pay for it.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at paul@familyadvocatepress.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include:

• The email address you used to purchase
• The name of the product you purchased
• Your order number if you have it (not required)

That's it. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Refund Window

30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests received after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to do the right thing.

You Keep the Guide

We do not require you to delete or return the digital product in order to receive a refund. Once you've downloaded it, it's yours — the refund removes the financial obligation, not your access to the content.

Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by SamCart. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer — typically 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund.
